Exterior window cleaning
What's included
- Every exterior pane, ground floor to third story.
- Frames and sills scrubbed and rinsed — not just the glass.
- Cobwebs and nests cleared out of the window corners as I go.
- A walk-around at the end. I check every window before I leave.
What do I use?
My water-fed pole telescopes past third-story windows with a soft-bristle brush at the tip and pure water running up through the middle. I control the whole thing from your lawn: scrub the frame, scrub the glass, rinse it all down.
That's the entire method. No ladder against your siding, no boots on your roof, no one dangling over your doorway, and no "we'll skip the high ones." If a window sits higher than three stories, mention it in the quote form and I'll tell you straight whether I can reach it.
Why the water dries streak-free
Those white spots on glass after rain or a hose-down aren't dirt — they're minerals. Tap water carries dissolved calcium and other minerals, and when a drop dries, the water leaves but the minerals stay. That residue is the spot.
My filtration system strips all of it out before the water ever touches your window — the meter on the filter reads 000 parts per million. When that water dries, there's nothing in it to leave behind. No spots, no streaks, no wiping.
And because I don't use soap, there's no invisible film left on the glass for new dirt to grab onto. That's why pure-water cleans stay clean longer than a soap-and-squeegee job.
Ready when you are
Tell me about the house and I'll get you a straight price for the full exterior. It doesn't commit you to anything.
The quote's free, and I do it in person — I swing by for a couple minutes to look at the windows, then give you a straight price on the spot. No obligation.
